Guess who I met yesterday?

Since you have all guessed the identity, I'll add some more photos from the event ...
The outfit is actually the "barong Tagalog" (or simply "barong"), an embroidered formal garment of the Philippines. It is very lightweight and worn untucked (similar to a coat/dress shirt), over an undershirt. In Filipino culture it is a common wedding and formal attire, mostly for men but also for women.
I happened to pick the style with Chinese buttons.
I don't think so, guys. All those in the photo are either in the Defense, Public Safety or Intelligence agencies of the PH government, or else Cisco employees.
If you're referring to the gentleman to the further left of the President, he is the National Security Adviser. The other chap looking directly at the President direction is my colleague in Cisco.
Yes Geographically-challenged, the mother of this current President was Cory Aquino, who became the 11th President of the Philippnes in February 1986 after the "People Power Revolution" overthrew the dictator Ferdinand Marcos.
