Apparently the continuous downpour over the last 12 hours with the King Tide has led to heavy flooding in various parts of the city here, bringing the morning rush hour traffic to a standstill.
Do send me more photos if you do take them, and I'll add them onto this posting. Also share any experiences you have with moving around under these conditions.
