Last evening, a group of around twenty Josephians from different years hosted Bro Columba to dinner in Singapore. Ta Ker is on his way back to Sarawak.
Here are a few photos from the evening. See who you can identify ...
Perhaps I'll add more photos later ...

ReplyDeleteBro C looks almost the same as when he was principal
ReplyDeleteWhen is Ta Ker back in Kuching? Who's organising the parties?
ReplyDeleteOne of the guys seem to be annoyed or upset at something.
ReplyDeleteYeah, he seems to be upset. I think his name is tan something.
ReplyDeleteInteresting! They seem to have played Musical Chairs! The sitting arrangement was changed sometime amongst those photos!
ReplyDeleteTa Ker spent half the dinner at one table and the other half at the next ... same arrangement as in 2009.
ReplyDeleteHe is not upset. He is sulking. Must have been reprimanded by Taker for some reason.
ReplyDeleteThe nearest thing to the camera is someone's tummy!
ReplyDeleteNice shirt, Bro. Looking great - what is the secret?

It is mostly class of '67-'69 rather than the '70s
ReplyDeleteNo ... I counted at least 10 or 11 individuals who were in St Joe during the Swinging Seventies
ReplyDeleteIs he going to visit Kuching?
ReplyDeleteI believe Bro C is already in Kuching. Check with the school. That's where he's staying.
ReplyDeleteAny welcoming commitee for him at Kuching? Any photos on blogs?
ReplyDeleteIn Kuching? It is so quiet you can hear the sound of silence.
ReplyDeleteThe black and white photo of Bro C is impressive. That is true colour.
ReplyDeleteClass'78 dinner with Bro C on 8th Dec. Anyone wanna join? Leave your name/contact here.
ReplyDeleteShare photos from your reunion dinners ...
ReplyDeleteWonder whether he still bring his cane around up his sleeve or not ho?
ReplyDeleteThink I'll ask him when I see him, hopefully he won't say 'put out your hand' or 'bend over'
In Fig 2, are they looking at their report cards from Bro C ?
ReplyDeleteAny further reunion dinners in Kuching? Photos?
ReplyDeleteNothing?
ReplyDeleteHey "He is not upset. He is sulking. Must have been reprimanded by Taker for some reason."
ReplyDeletePerhaps reprimanded for working for the CIA in China!
Tan Ek Kia is famous in Singapore. Saw him on TV apologizing for the badly run railway, stuttering some more.
ReplyDeleteOh yeah! The sulking guy is famous in Singapore. Saw him on TV, something about SMRT.
